Achieve Inner Resilience (AIR) is a coaching program designed /developed for you to experience joy, understand joy and be joyful in your life. Think of this program as a tool or a technique to unlock joy, fulfil your inner-most desires, understand / achieve the purpose of life and be in SYNC with the world around you.

I understand that each one of us is unique and extremely private, barring a few. Some of us have the gift of expression and some of us have the gift of connecting with the energy. AIR program is designed for majority of us in two separate engagement models:

Know AIR

All of us understand winning and success, while, not focusing on all those things that we keep on the back burner to win or to succeed. The key is to be joyful and not just euphoric all the time.

What does this mean?
I am sure you have experienced the high (energy & euphoria) you get when you achieve that WIN or SUCCESS. Most of us like to repeat that level of success to experience that feeling of ACHIEVEMENT again. However, experiencing emotion such as euphoria for long will definitely burn you out as your ENERGY levels are very high in this state.

Now think of an experience where you have been joyful after such a win or success. Those inner happy feelings when you are smiling and you are genuinely experiencing bliss, are the key indicators that you are joyful.

Being joyful is the art of SUSTAINING our energy by balancing our emotions while achieving inner resilience.

Will, Grit, Strength… Inner Resilience

Is resilience different from Will, Grit & Strength? Strangely enough, all of them seem to be meaning the same thing; however, they all are different from each other and are such powerful emotional states that drive our energy levels. WILL is the key to our determination.

GRIT is our determination to continue to pursue even in tough times.
STRENGTH is our ability / capability to achieve what we pursue.
RESILIENCE is our innate emotional ability to sustain required energy levels in our pursuit, stay focused on our goals, using our will, grit and strength to achieve success while being in complete harmony with the world around you.

AIR ENERGY

134 days (about 19 weeks) program specially developed for those who understand energy and are sensitive to their energy levels. 37 group sessions of 90 minutes each will be conducted over zoom as per program schedule

Proprietary 7 Steps

I have designed my proprietary 7 steps for both Active and Energy programs that are unique to each program and are made effective to suit the engagement model. Desired outcomes, however, for each of the steps remain common, even though approaches are completely different.

STEP 1 | LEARN ACCEPTANCE

Understand who you are, what drives you, what are your desires, how you define ourselves, your strengths and weaknesses most importantly accept yourself just the way you are.

STEP 2 | FRUCTIFY JUDGEMENTS

Each one of us have a world around us that is unique to us. Understand your contexts, connections, meanings, relationships, expectations, successes, failures and overall existence to get a grip on your decisions that are solely driven by your judgements.

STEP 3 | ACTIVATE COURAGE

We are always told by the people around us that “being GROUNDED” or being modest, keeping our desires in check, just having enough is the key to happiness. I believe that you should activate courage to break those barriers and fulfil your desires to be on the path to being joyful.

STEP 4 | RAISE SELF-WORTH

Self-worth is the gap between what we desire and what we have. In this step you will realise that you deserve all that you desire by understanding your needs, wants, desires and how they are connected to the world around you..

STEP 5 | MAKE MEANINGFUL CONNECTIONS

Identifying those people and resources who can help you in accelerating towards your goals and developing strong, meaningful relationships with them will be the focus..

STEP 6 | LOGIN TO INTUITION

Risk and reward as a concept is already very close to you. You have either played safe or have taken risks based on your deep connection to yourself called intuition. Train your intuition to help take decisions that will get you the success that you deserve.

STEP 7 | ENHANCE PERSONA

Engage with your world in such a way that it realises your potential, your capability, your desire, your determination and overall your pursuit to being joy.

Our Philosophy

We have all been conditioned right from our birth that desires are the reason for failures, discontentment, dissatisfaction and all our worries. Our spiritual leaders keep giving discourses on how to rid ourselves of desires and attain contentment and satisfaction, thereby happiness.

Pavani trusts that deep desires are pointers to our life purpose, in the process of achieving them we get an opportunity to dissolve all those accumulations of mind and intellect that don’t serve us anymore. Each of us are as unique as our finger prints, and as universal as our emotions. Integrating our uniqueness with our universality is the path to Achieve Inner Resilience. We end up being aware, aligned inside-out, develop trust, live intentionally and much more…..

Pavani’s philosophy has been inspired greatly by her grand mother, who manifested all that she aspired for, every time situations pushed her against the wall. Devotion, Trust, Humility, Awareness & strong alignment with herself & universal laws, made her resilient. With that profound integration and alignment she could manifest those critical solutions with ease and grace.
